Health Forms

The School uses the secure and easy-to-use Magnus Health system to collect student health information for the upcoming school year. St. Paul’s School requires that a current physical examination and immunization record must be on file for the start of the academic year for every enrolled student. Fully completed health information is due by August 1, 2018. In the late Spring parents of newly enrolled student receive an email from the School providing your username/password to access St. Paul’s School accounts, including Magnus Health. If you need the username/password re-sent, email helpdesk@stpaulsschool.org

You will be able to complete and submit all the requested health information online. The School will not accept hard copies of these forms. Detailed instructions and tutorials will be provided on the Magnus website.

If you have any questions or concerns, please call the Health Office at 410-821-3042 or nurses@stpaulsschool.org.

Bus Transportation Information

St. Paul’s offers some morning and late afternoon bus service to enrolled St. Paul’s families who live in certain areas, as well as students attending St. Paul’s School for Girls.

Currently, we have three morning and two afternoon routes. In the morning, we have routes coming north from the midtown Baltimore City area, the Columbia area of Howard County, and the Bel Air and Jacksonville areas of Harford County. The afternoon routes return to Howard and Harford Counties in one of our St. Paul’s School mini-vans. The vans leave campus at 5:30 pm and typically arrive at their destination by 6:15-6:30 pm.

Routes are subject to change based on ridership and need.

Please refer to the Transportation link on our Admission Page, for a specific outline of current routes.

Foreign Language Selection for Grades 1st – 4th

Welcome to St. Paul's Lower School! An important goal of the Lower School is to begin to equip your child with the tools necessary to be comfortable and succeed in an increasingly global community. One concrete way to achieve this goal is through exposure to foreign language and culture. In the Lower School, we offer Japanese and Spanish. Once you and your child have made a choice, he or she will continue study of that language through the fourth grade. After fourth grade, your child can continue with the same language or make a change. In addition to Japanese and Spanish, French is offered to girls in Middle School, and French, German, and Chinese are also offered to all St. Paul's students in the Upper School. Click here to learn more about

To make the language selection:

- Log in to My Backpack and sign in to your account.
- If you've forgotten your username or password, please email or call our Help Desk at helpdesk@stpaulsschool.org or 410-825-4400 ex 3400.

Sports Physicals
As the end of the school year approaches, we would like to take this opportunity to remind you about the need for a physical prior to the start of school next fall. New this year, the Athletic Department has coordinated with Towson Sports Medicine, their physicians, and staff, to offer an afternoon for our St. Paul’s School student-athletes to have their physicals completed. The date available for St. Paul’s School student-athletes is June 13th from 4:00–7:00 pm. If you are interested, please use the link provided below to select the time slot which will work best for your family.

Every student is required to have a physical prior to August 1st each year. Any student-athlete missing forms by the start of fall sports in August will be held from participation until this has been completed and the corresponding paperwork is uploaded in the Magnus Health system. We encourage you to use this convenience provided by Towson Sports Medicine, so that the exam and paperwork are completed before your summer activities pick up.
