4 Key Program Outcomes
We look to four outcomes as measures for overall program effectiveness. They are (1) student retention from elementary through high school, (2) high school graduation rate, (3) college matriculation, and (4) college retention. Those four outcomes over the last two years are as follows:
2014-2015 High School Seniors
• Retention: 11 of 13 entered Bridges in elementary school; 2 entered in middle school |
• High School Graduation: 100% (13 students) graduated high school in spring 2015 |
• College Matriculation: 92% (12 of 13 students) matriculated into college in fall 2015 |
• College Retention: 100% (12 of 12 students) started second year of college in fall 2016 |
2015-2016 High School Seniors
• Retention: 11 of 12 entered Bridges in elementary school; 1 entered in middle school |
• High School Graduation: 100% (12 students) graduated high school in spring 2016 |
• College Matriculation: 91.6% (11 of 12 students) matriculated into college in fall 2016 |
Other Outcomes
We also keep track of high school and college matriculations, as we know the quality of matriculations are a major factor in long-term student success.
