News & Announcements

A hallmark of the way St. Paul's prepares its graduates for life in an ever-changing world is the personalized, individual attention that we provide every student throughout their time at the School.
On September 28, St. Paul's celebrated Martin D. "Mitch" Tullai and the 50-plus years he served St. Paul's as a teacher, coach and all-around role model for hundreds of students. The School was delighted to announce the creation of the Martin D. Tullai Scholar-Athlete Scholarship, started in honor of Mr. Tullai by a group of alumni grateful for the impact he has had on their lives.

Varsity Volleyball lost to Gilman in a SWELTERING contest on Wednesday night. The young volleyball team was led by returning seniors Molinar, Lichtenstein and Soudry. Jake Trone had a strong showing in his first match as Varsity setter in the wild, pressure cooker atmosphere of Gilman's old gym. SP struggled to shake the first game jitters losing the first two sets 9-25 and 8-25. In the 3rd set, SP finally showed the exciting promise of a great team and buoyed by the strong fan base rallied to a 21-25 in the third set. Volleyball plays again Friday at Calvert Hall.

Yesterday, JV Volleyball opened up the season with a game against Gilman. This was the first officially volleyball game for many of the boys. SP lost 25-18, 25-13; however there were great passes, serves and blocks from many members of the team. Trey Creamer and Henry Hill led the team in three passes, while Charles Konkolics had several great serves and blocks. SP has their next match Friday vs. Calvert Hall.
