News & Announcements

Family and friends of the Class of 2017 gathered on June 10 to celebrate the 2017 Commencement ceremony at St. Paul's School. Following the unveiling of the plaque in the Chapel that bears their names, the 91 members of the St. Paul's Class of 2017 processed to their seats outside Brooklandwood.
Following several years of careful study and due diligence, the Boards of Trustees of St. Paul's School for Girls and St. Paul's School have voted to unify our governance structure effective July 1, 2018. Unification means that one Board, made up of all current trustees from SPS and SPSG, will work for the mutual benefit of all students. This unification will help ensure the continued success of our Schools in a highly competitive and ever-changing independent school landscape.

Varsity Golf Defeats Spalding 17.5 – 3.5

Varsity golf hosted Spalding at Baltimore Country Club on Wednesday afternoon in a semifinal playoff match. The forecasted weather was rain and more rain, but fortunately it was good enough to get the match in. Under these circumstances getting out to a quick start is of the utmost importance. We responded to that challenge with solid golf throughout the line-up and were up 6-0 after the first 6 holes. Everybody played excellent golf and won or halved their match. Patrick Rowland nearly eagled the 6th hole and added a one foot birdie on the difficult 10th hole to close out his match.
