LOWER SCHOOL AT ST. PAUL'S
The St. Paul’s Lower School is a special place. Visit us and you will find a community proud of its accomplishments. You will find a community that recognizes your concerns, provides you with satisfying answers, and keeps you well-informed about your child’s progress. You will find a community with sharply defined educational goals, and a community that respects the needs of its most important constituency – the students.
St. Paul’s challenges our students to grow intellectually, socially, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Our teachers work closely with every single boy and girl to enable him or her to formulate and achieve goals based on individual abilities. A lifelong love of learning starts with joy. Our School is full of students finding joy in their accomplishments today, even as they are being prepared to achieve success in the years to come.
St. Paul’s establishes the solid foundation of skills that all children must have. In addition to these fundamentals, we are helping students to develop skills through a global education including critical thinking, adaptability, and effective written and oral communication.

St. Paul’s is an Episcopal school. Chapel is the heart of our communal life and an integral part of the educational experience we offer. Weekly Chapel services welcome, honor and respect the religious convictions of all members of the community, as a diverse religious experience enriches our life together.
As part of a balanced approach to co educational and single sex education, the St. Paul’s Lower School educates boys and girls together – and with good reason. In areas like leadership, academics and physical education, research shows that young boys and girls work together on a fair and equal basis. By Middle School, when pre-adolescent development can make effective co-educational learning challenging, both boys and girls move on to single sex environments. In the Upper School, when options for co-ed courses and activities are reintroduced, students approach these experiences with self-assurance.
BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL CARE
