Soccer - Fresh/Soph
Timothy Heffner | profile
Tim Heffner comes to SP having been a science department chair and varsity soccer coach for more than half a decade at Cristo Rey, where he taught a series of science courses. Tim has a background in Biology, for which he earned his degree from Wheeling Jesuit, and he has his teaching certification from Notre Dame of Maryland. With a substantial history in faith-based education, including a diploma from Mt. St. Joseph in Baltimore, he is looking forward to joining the Episcopal school tradition and becoming part of the SP teaching and coaching family.
Hannah Macquarrie | profile
Hannah Macquarrie has always known that she would be a teacher; her degrees from Colby College and Johns Hopkins furthered her expertise, as did her teaching experiences at St. Paul’s in Concord and Pacific Ridge in Carlsbad. At the same time, her love of literature received its own boost through her studies at NYU. Now she is eager to join the Crusaders of St. Paul’s, where not only will she be teaching English and working with our student yearbook editors to deftly craft the written word, but also where she will be modeling flexibility, empathy, teamwork, and community.
Raymond Schulmeyer | profile
A 2013 graduate of St. Paul’s and a varsity soccer and lacrosse player for the Crusaders, Raymond Schulmeyer went on to earn a B.S. in Biology from Hamilton, where he also played lacrosse, and an M.S. in physiology from Georgetown. Along the way, he has continued to volunteer, especially in local hospitals in Baltimore and New York. We are excited to have Ray teaching our science and IB Sports Health Exercise courses, and as always, it is great to have an alumnus return to Brooklandville to pay forward the educational excellence he experienced as a student.
