Event Recap:

SP Track & Field had their 3rd league race at John Carroll yesterday afternoon, against all the B conference schools.

Everette McDuffie and Ian Coleman stole the show, finishing in 1st place in 6 different events.

Everette took 1st place in the Triple Jump, 110Hurdles and 300Hurdles.

Ian took 1st place in the 800m and High Jump.

Everette, Ian, Zach Walker, and Jack Cook took 1st place in the 4x400m.

Everette broke his own school record in the 300Hurdles, running 39.7s. His time is one of the best in state.

Everette also broke the school’s 400m record, set by Daniel Wilson 5 years ago. Everette ran a 51.2s.

Zach Walker was almost as good as Ian in the 800m, finishing in 2nd place, just 1 second behind.

Christian Richter had a good throwing day, taking 3rd in the Shot and 2nd in the Disc (his PR).

Quizzon finished 2nd in the long jump, which is impressive since it is only his second meet trying it.
